The band announced its Oasis Live ’27 tour today, Monday September 14th, with three shows at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on August 10, 13 and 14, 2027. Boston and Las Vegas are currently the only two U.S. stops on the newly announced tour. Richard Ashcroft will join Oasis as special guest throughout the tour.
For me, this one is personal.
I’ve been chasing Oasis for 30 years. The first time I saw them was March 10, 1996, at the Strand in Providence. I was 15 years old, about 20 feet from the stage, and seeing one of my favorite bands for the first time.

Then some asshole threw a boot at Noel Gallagher during his acoustic performance of Wonderwall.
The boot hit Noel’s guitar. Noel walked off. Liam came out, ripped into the crowd, told us they still had a bunch of songs left to play — including Live Forever, one of my favorites — and then they left.
Show over.
I’ve written the whole ridiculous story before: My First Oasis Concert: The Night Someone Threw a Boot at Noel Gallagher.
I also had tickets to see solo Liam Gallagher in November 2017, but the show got canceled due to him being sick. I tried to get tickets to their 2026 shows, but missed out on all the live sales, and wasn’t paying the resale prices. So now, thirty years later, Liam and Noel Gallagher are back onstage together, and they’re bringing Oasis back to New England for three nights.
Getting Oasis Tickets
There’s an important catch for anyone hoping to be there: there is no traditional general onsale.
Fans must register for the opportunity to purchase tickets. Registration is open now and closes Thursday, September 17 at 11 a.m. ET. Registering does not guarantee a ticket or even an access code; successful fans will receive a unique code and an assigned opportunity to purchase tickets.
Considering the demand surrounding the band’s reunion, getting into Gillette may be a battle.
But after 30 years of chasing Oasis? I’m sure as hell going to try.
