Orders and payment
Prices and availability may change without notice. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We may cancel or refund an order when a product is unavailable, an order appears fraudulent, or a listing or pricing error occurs.
Made-to-order merchandise
Merchandise is produced after an order is placed. Colors and placement may vary slightly from on-screen images. Please review product details and size information before purchasing.
Shipping and delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates. Concert Guy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control. Our Shipping Policy provides more information.
Refunds and replacements
Because merchandise is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size or color selection. Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, and qualifying lost orders are handled under our Refunds & Replacements policy.

Unless otherwise stated, Concert Guy’s writing, photographs, graphics, branding, and other original site content may not be copied, sold, republished, or used commercially without permission.
