Metallica kicks off a special No Repeat Weekend at Mohegan Sun Arena on Thursday, November 19, 2026, celebrating the arena’s 25th anniversary with special guest Spiritbox. Had a chance to catch Spiritbox recently and they put on a good show. Metallica never lets you down either.
This isn’t a standard Metallica tour stop. The band will perform two nights at Mohegan Sun with completely different setlists and no songs repeated between shows, making each night its own Metallica experience.
The performances are also historic: they’re Metallica’s first-ever shows at Mohegan Sun Arena and their first Connecticut performances since 1998.
This is such a small venue for Metallica that the show is sure to be amazing. Saw them 4 times I think between 2023 and 2025, but when I sat the closest for the NJ show, I had the best time.
